Submission of poster and oral presentations

Kindly indicate your preferred format (oral or poster presentation). All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and authors will be notified of acceptance and presentation format by 1 February 2027

Guide for Authors

The conference organisers are pleased to invite the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations on topics relevant to the conference scope.

Abstracts should be formatted in 12-point Times New Roman, with 1.5-line spacing and no line numbering.
Abstracts must not exceed one A4 (or letter-sized) page, with a maximum length of 250 words.
Abstracts should not include photographs, figures, tables or references, and should provide a left margin of 3.5 cm for binding purposes.
Abstracts must be submitted as both a Word (.docx) and a PDF file (.pdf).
The title should be in bold and concisely reflect the content of the work.
Author names should appear on a new line in regular font.
The presenting author should be indicated by an asterisk (*).
Institutional affiliations should be listed on the following line.
The abstract should begin with a brief introduction, focus primarily on the results and conclude with the main findings. These sections should be presented as a continuous text without separate headings.

Oral presentation guidelines

Please follow the instructions below for your oral presentation:

Technical sessions will be equipped exclusively with LCD projectors.
All presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format.

Presenters are required to submit their PowerPoint files in advance by sending them to the designated contact point; they will be contacted accordingly.

Poster presentation guidelines

A display panel will be provided for each accepted poster. Each panel measures 100 cm (width) × 200 cm (height); posters must fit within these dimensions.
A standard poster size of A0 (85 cm × 120 cm) is recommended.
Adhesive Velcro-backed dots will be available on-site to mount posters to display panels.
The official language for posters is English.
Posters should be designed for readability from approximately 1 metre (3 feet) distance.
For optimal visibility, text should be at least 1 cm (3/8 inch) in height at full poster size.
Photographs should be a minimum of 20 × 25 cm (8 × 10 inches); all other graphical elements should be at least 23 × 30 cm (9 × 12 inches).
Posters should be put up on Monday 14 June 2027. They will remain on display throughout the event, and presenters may be invited to briefly introduce their work within the programme schedule.
