*Student/PhD Student: To register at the student rate, proof of status is mandatory. To qualify, you must upload confirmation of your status during online registration (either an approval letter signed by your Head of Department, or a copy of your student ID);

The registration fee includes attendance to the scientific sessions and exhibitions, conference materials, the welcome reception, a light dinner, coffee breaks and lunches. Please note that separate registration is required for the Satellite Event on 14 June.
Please note that the confce dinner is not included in the registration fee. Tickets for the conference dinner are limited, and reservations are subject to availability.
Fees are quoted in euros (EUR) per person and include Italian VAT at 22%. Should the VAT rate increase, the registration fees will be adjusted accordingly.
The conference is liable for Italian VAT, as it is classed as a “service under VAT legislation”; VAT is therefore charged by the services provider (the conference organisers). Italian institutions and companies covered by VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT, provided they can demonstrate their specific exemption status.
On completing the online registration, a preliminary confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Once payment has been received, an invoice will be issued as final confirmation of your registration.
Please note:
– All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.
– Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.
– If the early-bird deadline passes before payment is received, the higher registration fee will automatically apply.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you are unable to attend, please notify us by e-mail at icff2027.reg@aimgroup.eu with your name and registration confirmation.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
In the unlikely case that the event cannot be held, in whole or in part, due to any circumstance beyond the organisers’ control or due to force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, expense or loss incurred, including registration fees, transportation and accommodation costs or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a visa before travelling to Italy.

It is the delegate’s responsibility to check the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa if necessary.
The conference organisers and the organising secretariat will not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. Visas should be requested up to four months before departure, as the application process can take several weeks.
The official visa letter and invitation to the conference can be downloaded from your personal page in the registration area of the conference website. The visa letter does not legally or financially bind the organising secretariat, and all expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves. Please download the visa and invitation letter together with the ID card of the inviting host (C.I.) and our Chamber of Commerce Registration Paper (VISURA ACT). Both enclosures are mandatory for the visa application.
