The scientific programme of the 2nd International Conference on Fermented Foods builds on the success of the inaugural edition, offering a dynamic and engaging mix of keynote addresses, oral and flash presentations, and poster sessions.
In addition, the programme will feature a dedicated Technology Transfer round table and an industry-focused satellite event (14 June), tailored to the specific needs of companies.
Our goal is to deliver a comprehensive and forward-looking programme that spans the full spectrum of research and industrial innovation in fermented food, from the underlying science to cutting-edge developments and real-world applications.

Oral Presentations & Posters
We invite you to submit your abstracts, which the scientific committee will consider for either oral presentation or poster presentation. Contributions will be assigned to the conference’s thematic sessions.
The poster session will hold a prominent place within the programme, offering ample opportunity for interaction, discussion and visibility.
Awards
The best poster and oral presentations will be recognised with awards, honouring outstanding scientific quality, innovation and clarity of presentation
